Harry A Starr & Son Siding Contractors

“We are thrilled with our new deck, windows and sliding door that the H.A. Starr team installed. The H.A. Starr team was reliable and incredibly easy to work with. They worked closely with my husband and I to define the scope of the project, choose the materials that worked best for us and then execute. We couldn’t be happier and look forward to spending a lot of time on our new deck.“

“Great experience with Brian and Allison and their crew. We had a tough job that included a reshingle of the main roof, as well as replacing a small flat roof with a pitched roof. Given the complexity and repairs needed for the flat roof, the work they did was excellent and quick. The work crew was friendly and everything was well organized and cleaned up after the job was complete. I plan to use them for other work in the future.Services: Roof installation“

Welch Roofing Siding Contractors

“I am really grateful for Welch Roofing and for Dave Welch. Not only did the whole team do a stellar job replacing my roof, but Dave helped me with a laundry list of other repairs. He was also patient and kind and treated me, a single mother, with a lot of respect -- something that doesn't always happen with contractors, unfortunately.A foundation replacement gone awry caused severe damage to my house, including damage to the roof. The foundation contractor offered me $6,000 out of repair bills that now total greater than $100,000, telling me that my house was old and needed repairs anyway. That amount seemed inadequate, and I was hesitant to accept the offer, but I was caving to guilt. That's when Dave stopped by after I called for a quote to repair the roof, and he urged me to call insurance. As soon as I called insurance, the foundation contractor stopped cooperating and refused to respond to my insurance company. I was getting nowhere fast. Dave offered to help with the insurance aspects of the job, as well as the roof, and he got to work right away after we signed the contract.Needless to say, I am so glad I hired him and Welch Roofing and their partner, Adam Quenneville. Not only did he help move the insurance claim forward, but his careful attention to detail and knowledge ensured that all of the repairs to the roof, gutters, and windows were covered. We're still working on other damages, but I'm confident that those damages will be covered, too.Additionally, the roofing crew led by Fernando did an excellent job repairing and replacing the roof and skylights, and Joe and his assistant did a great job replacing the gutters and downspouts. The crews worked diligently and kept the site clean. They were also respectful and kind and very understanding of our hyper dog. I couldn't have asked for better people to help make our house whole again and for bringing a happy ending to our nightmare.“

Gold Star Remodeling & Co. llc Siding Contractors

“Recently used the services of Gold Star Remodeling and was completely satisfied. Initially, contracted this company for a master bath renovation and then again for the downstairs powder room. The removal of a 32+ year jetted tub and surround along with the motor was a challenge. A wall had to be removed and a new one constructed to accommodate the length of the new shower pan. New flooring had its own set of challenges as one of the walls was a "roof pitch" but Dave managed to lay it down to our satisfaction. Our old vanity was repurposed by painting it navy blue to coordinate with the new medicine cabinet and all the walls were painted a contrasting light blue. White baseboards were installed and new lighting completed the project. The project took a bit longer than expected due to the challenges the plumber faced with our post-and-beam constructed house. They had to upgrade the 1-1/2 inch tub drain with a 2 inch shower drain to satisfy the town's building code without cutting into any of the posts or beams. The powder room went much faster and the same flooring and paint colors were used. No plumbing issues and Gold Star Remodeling was able to complete their tasks without issue. Please consider using David Pinkham of Gold Star Remodeling for your next project. You will not be disappointed.Service: Remodeling“
