I'm very sorry for your disappointment but you came into the store knowing your budget and looked at everything but what was in your budget..you mentioned several times how much more affordable our same products were over other retailers and wanted them written on a quote which she did even though they were clearly out of budget and that was puzzling and even had her go to the point of calling wood mills to see what the lengths of wood were in the boxes which she was happy to do even though they were way out of your budget..we have worked very hard for our customers over the last 28 years and have many happy repeat customers as you even said ..when you called back to get more written quotes on products you stated you purchased wood somewhere else that fit into your budget supposedly but you would not even look at those same products in our store even though you were made aware that they would fit into your budget,she then proceeded to tell you that she wasnt able right then to give you more written quotes on other products at that time and you became upset.
