“Don't let the outside of this place fool you. The outside is a mess! There's a tent on the side and the is all overgrown. I have been going to Mary Ann for forty years. It didn't look like this with the previous owners. To make matters worse, there is a lawnmower in the first room.“

“Hands down best barber in Massachusetts. When your hair grows, it grows in to how it does naturally, as opposed to growing in to the hair cut. Pasquale has been a barber since he came to America in 1958. He definitely has given me the best haircut ever. I would recommend this barber to anyone.“

“Have been going to Hair Matters since 2004. Owner/Stylist Joyce is the greatest - both in personality and skills. She has permed or colored and cut my hair for years and does an excellent job discussing my goals of where I am going with the style, cut or color and works her magic to deliver. She is also very honest in telling me what I can or should not do with my hair so that I get the best results, and healthy hair. She has even fixed my mistakes when I occasionally decided to do something myself. Her prices are so reasonable; they are ridiculously low compared to any other salons I have tried over the past 10 years. I've also watched her men's haircuts and she is a superb barber. Have no fear switching stylists and be surprised at the look and value. However, plan ahead, she is busy (has lots of loyal customers) but she also offers evening appointments which helps greatly for the working woman or man. Bring cash or your check book as she does not accept credit cards (there is a bank right across the parking lot if you forget.)“
