I purchased a split unit air conditioning system from Valley Air to serve three rooms in our house. The experience was one of the best I’ve ever had with a contractor.
I had gotten two other quotes before talking to Valley. Niether of those other contractors disclosed in their quotes that I needed to upgrade my electrical service in order to install the AC (in fact, one specifically said I didn’t need to do that). Valley’s electrician inspected my system before Valley gave the quote and pointed out some additional work (replacing the electrical line into the house) that would needed to be done in order to get the required permit. Today Luke fixed a problem with a clogged air conditioning pump on a relatively new system which I had neglected to clean (maintenance on our part is crucial folks), explained the principles involved, answered all my questions with respect and clarity, fixed the leak and I couldn’t be happier.
