“Charlie saved the day for me today. My front door locked was jammed and I could not get it unlocked and so therefore I could not even open the front door. I called another locksmith that I have used before and the soonest they could get here was almost 2 weeks from today! I was shocked because I kind of considered this a little bit of an emergency situation situation.

Charlie was able to make it here today… The same day that I called him. He really made an effort to help me out and he got my lock working again! He could not have been nicer or more helpful! The lock is going to need to be replaced and there is nobody else that I will ask to do it but him. He will be my go to locksmith in the future for sure.

“Great experience here. I actually went with another mobile locksmith to get a new key fob set, but got bait and switched on some pricing (they charge a lot extra for the mobile part). And the mobile one couldn't even cut my Mazda key. Came here to get the key cut and asked how much they would have charged to set the key fob and it was $50 cheaper than the mobile service charged and they cut the key for 13 bucks. I also accidentally left my registration and insurance on the counter, and they just mailed it to me. I see some other negative reviews about customer service, but I'd give it a 10/10 in my book.“
