I have been going to Dr. Williams for several years. He and his staff are AMAZING and empathetic with my dental care. I went today for my cleaning, and I have the BEST care of my ? teeth. The front desk staff is an ASSET in your office. Thank you, Dr. Williams.

Our teenage daughter, a boarding student at Westminster nearby, had fallen and seriously chipped two of her front teeth. She was upset and far from home. We called on a Monday morning and they fit us in right away despite a full schedule. Dr. Williams had fixed her teeth by lunchtime and did a wonderful job. You honestly can't tell that there was work done. Dr. Williams was extremely kind and thoughtful in how he worked with our daughter and the whole office staff was professional and warm. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

I want to start by saying, I have severe dental phobia/anxiety. Crippling to the point that I refused to go to a dentist for years after an especially horrific experience. I put off going as long as I possibly could until the pain was just too bad. I knew I had some serious issues with my teeth and was super embarrassed which only made my anxiety even worse. I recently moved to Simsbury and decided to call Dr Williams after reading some reviews. I tearfully explained my situation and the very lovely woman on the other end of the line was so kind and empathetic.
