Not only did she get rid of dead, dried out ends, she reshaped my style to correct the errors of my previous stylist (at another salon) who had gotten lazy in her technique plus gave my hair maximum volume (always a problem for me). She gave me tips on how to maintain the look at home and advice on what type of hair dryer NOT to buy to avoid drying out my hair again.
