It's ok to say you're too busy to take on a new client. It's not ok to return a potential new client's call, discuss the problem for 15 minutes, ask for pictures, and promise a quote and a service call, then text the next morning to say, "sorry, I'm too busy. Call someone else".They seem real nice and I'm sure business is good, but beware of any company that acts like this.

Anthony is the go to guy!! I highly recommend Salem heating and cooling! I have an old house and steam boiler system that no service guy could fix and then I found Anthony! He was very knowledgeable and explained to me why the system wasn’t working and he fixed it in no time. Quality doesn’t cost, it SAVES.
