“I just had permanent eyeliner applied by Shary and it looks phenomenal! The whole process was really easy. It sounds like it would be a painful thing to do but it really isn't! Shary applies numbing cream repeatedly throughout the procedure so the only thing you feel is a vibration. No pain.
