I injured my pelvis in a car accident around 10 years ago. I have had chronic back pain for 10 years straight with little relief. I have seen chiropractors, massage Therapists, bought a hot tub, got an inversion table, and purchased every possible tool on the market to try to fix the pain. I have tried many different places for my chronic muscle pain. Optimum Performance is the best! The therapists have an immense amount of knowledge the human body and all the intricacies of its connection points. Armed with the knowledge as well as a passion for healing through bodywork, the therapists are kind, informative and work with all kinds of clients. From athletes like my dad, to regular, (non athletic!) people like myself; each session is tailored to the specific needs of your body. Definitely do yourself a favor and stop in for an appointment here!
I have nothing but great things to say about Christina, the personal trainer! She listens to my goals and tailors each workout to my individual needs. I’ve only worked with her twice and I’m already hooked! I’m looking forward to continuing my work with Christina and can’t wait to reach my goals with her help!
