Place is a joke. Could never get an appointment for a routine physical. Then they said I’m no longer a patient because i have not been seen recently enough. I guess I should have gotten sick sooner. Typical Yale organization …money first patients last. No loss, plenty of more accommodating doctors around

I had to praise the receptionist at Dr Longe’s office her name is Shy and she went above and beyond to help me with issues concerning scheduling. What a wonderful display of hospitality.

Trying to make an appointment for my 81 year old mother for a hospital follow up from total hip replacement. Firstly, if you go there you know it is the WORST handicapped accessed office on the planet. Second I am a physician assistant, I was told directly I needed to change my work schedule to accommodate my mother’s hospital follow up. (No need to say, but I would be fired for telling the parents of my patients “you need to change your work schedule to accommodate my schedule”. A month ago we had to BEG for Paxlovid during a time when my mother and everyone else around her had Covid.
