“The service at the Orange dispensary is amazing. I had an issue with a pen and Brenda had amazing customer service skills. She was empathetic and her personality was a 10 out 10. Manny helped me pick out the correct THC for me. I suffer from severe pain and I do not like to get high so I needed something I could use during a lunch break and definitely before bed. Manny had super customer service skills and selected a brand that is helping me as I write this. I have used Rise in Orange for a few months and they are definately a 10 out 10,“

“I had an appointment in December to get a rapid antigen test as a requirement for overseas travel. Unfortunately, their booking system had something wrong with it, and consequently many people showed up at once, with similar appointment time slots. The line was out the door and down the hallway. Most people were patient, and just waited until the bottleneck had eased up. One young guy was doing his best to book people in, and take their details. There was one angry customer - there always is. He was self-centered and raised his voice, and thought his time was more important than everyone else's. The young lady doing the tests was overwhelmed. Her name is Margaret. She said she was going to accommodate every single person that showed up. I don't know where her manager was, but shame on them for not stepping up and helping her out. I know that she worked very late that day without a break, and the next day also, which was a Saturday. I know that because she took the time to text me late in the evening and the next day regarding my and my husband's test results. Aside from the scheduling mix-up, it was a convenient location to get tested, and a pleasant waiting area. My review of 5 stars is for Margaret, not the management.“

“I was 25 minutes late...the next available appt would be late July. At first I felt Linda, the front receptionist was dismissive but I kept my cool. I told her I was completely available this week. She took my number and said she would call if there were any cancellations. I got a call back within 2 hrs. I was thrilled! Dr. Lockwood was amazing!“

Staff was great, really friendly, helpful, and reassuring, which is always important, but especially so when dealing with cardiac-related issues, as most of the patients (myself included) are most likely nervous about the kinds of tests they're getting done. So all in all a great, very easy experience.“
