I experienced a wonderful service at this UPS facility today. I mailed two separate packages and interacted with two different employees. Both were very fast and very attentive. No waiting in line either, just a great job by the staff. I will be back at this location for all my mailing needs.

I came to do an Amazon return and because they were in a rush to leave they denied my return. I was there before they closed so for them to shut down their systems because they were in a rush is bad business. You close at 6 systems should go down at 6 not 5:50.

A truly very special shout out to the most amazing customer service & UPS store! As I stated in my pervious post, I make a point to conduct business at this location. They do the work and go over and beyond. Always smiling faces - I appreciate the face that the employees have remained the same during COVID. Not only that, it's all hands on deck! It's a family business - don't be surprised if the lovely Silver Fox on hand assisting you is the owner. He and his wife roll up their sleeves to keep the energy pumping and your packaging needs at hand. Times are changing, let's not forget and patronize the establishments such as the outfit going strong & at hand. P.s. (and please note), they have a notary on hand'!
