Originating from land owned by the founder's grandparents since 1842, the farm remains dedicated to quality craftsmanship and preserving the land for future generations. Visitors can enjoy cutting their own Christmas trees or selecting from pre-cut options. The farm provides saws for tree cutting, and while families wait for their trees to be prepared, they can explore the Christmas Village featuring a small animal area, warm fire pits, and delicious snacks like donuts and hot chocolate. The Claus family and their elves create a festive atmosphere, perfect for photo opportunities. Seasonal events include the Legends of Fear in the fall and various Christmas activities in winter. Fairview Tree Farm promises a Hallmark-worthy experience, making it an ideal destination for creating unforgettable family memories.

Fairview Tree Farm LLC was established as a Christmas Tree Farm and Landscape Construction business in 1989 by Shelton native, Bradley Wells. Originally, the land was owned by Brad’s grandparents Wilson and Gertrude Fair, and has continued as a family farm since 1842. Today, this 60-acre scenic property remains in agriculture for future generations to enjoy. As an all season working farm, we are committed to providing our customers with quality craftsmanship and products, while preserving the land for both wildlife and future generations to enjoy. Come on down and visit us at the farm in the Fall for the Legends of Fear Events, and in the winter for Christmas Events & activities.
