I've been to almost all the nail salons in town and I've always left them with good services preformed but still a little disappointed in the "whole experience". Finally I found what I have been looking for at Blue Lotus. They offer the full experience! Lots of people at the front desk to greet and help. Comfortable and pretty waiting area. Employees all have uniforms and name tags. And the pedicure is the BEST around. After the scrubbing and painting you're then taken to a dark, very comfortable, quiet room for the leg massage in a comfy recliner and after that you get a shoulder massage! Celebrated my birthday with a spectacular full spa day. I want to greedily hide them away but honestly I think everyone needs a day a self care and pampering. They were attentive, kind, and all services were top notch.

The massages are good and they always have availability. However, they cut off my eyebrows. They were all mean trying to rush me out of there while I was bleeding. So never again, even the so-called manager was rude and did not even take the time to listen or see what I was referring to. I have spent thousands of $ there including gift cards but I am done.
