It’s been nearly 3 weeks now and I haven’t had any issues. There was a promotion going on at the time since the salon just opened and it was around $60 with the promo. It’s a bit more expensive than the salon I went to before I moved but they did a nice job.

Liz is INCREDIBLE! I had been planning my wedding from another state, and planned a lot through phone calls, photos, documents. I met with her and it was like we knew each other for quite some time already. Funny thing at the wedding she reconnected with a bridesmaid whose husband saw her for years! It was so close knit and such a fantastic morning I could not have asked for more! She is the kind of woman who gets down to business with a contagious laugh while you are in her chair. So I needed a nice short haircut before a summer vacation recently. Tried two places in Shelton and a third place in Derby they were all booked had no openings. I called J Cuts and Jen told me that I could walk in. Great haircut at a very fair price no complaints here. Going back in the next few days for another. They have been in the same location for quite some time so that says something.

I'm visiting family, from out of town, and had to use the laundromat dryers next door to Young Nails. I made an appointment and had the works! Mani-pedi, facial, neck and shoulder massage, and even a candle ear wax treatment! Never felt or looked better in my life!

Two words are all I need to describe Sunny and her talent: Oh, Wow! She is amazing and the difference between my hair before and after my cut was unbelievable. Not only did she get rid of dead, dried out ends, she reshaped my style to correct the errors of my previous stylist (at another salon) who had gotten lazy in her technique plus gave my hair maximum volume (always a problem for me). She gave me tips on how to maintain the look at home and advice on what type of hair dryer NOT to buy to avoid drying out my hair again. Sunny is the complete package, a total pro who really knows her stuff (plus she's super friendly and cheerful!). I cannot express my gratitude to S Salon enough. A few weeks before my wedding and I had no hair and makeup stylist. Taylor arranged for me to book with Camryn and Nicole on the morning of the wedding. Not only did they get me in they did AMAZING. They listened and made sure I left with exactly what I wanted. A year of planning and already worrying about details and they nailed it. Going in and out of air conditioning for pictures for two hours before the ceremony and it stayed all day. Someone said at 10 pm that it looked the same as when I walked into the ceremony. I would never go anywhere else. I would and will use them again and again. Five stars is not enough.

I have been going to MSpa monthly for almost 3 years. Rita and Maggie are fantastic. The spa is spotlessly clean, the appointments are always on time and the facials by Rita are fantastic. The first time I went for a facial, Rita examined my skin and made recommendations for what I could do. There was no pressure at all to do multiple treatments or more expensive treatments. All she wanted was for me to have a calming, relaxing experience. I do gentle peels and micro current and I love the way it makes my skin look and feel. I’ve sent others to the spa who have also loved Rita’s work. Thank you for always making me feel welcomed and for taking care of my skin!

They did a beautiful job refinishing the floors in our 1880s home and added hardwood in the kitchen to match. Great communication, great price, and they were able to start quickly and work around my schedule (most of the job was done while I was away on a trip for work). They went above and beyond fixing/patching our old floors before refinishing them and even added more hardwood to a closet that only had a subfloor. I'd definitely recommend Carvalho Junior Hardwood Floors!

Before Dr.Sharnick I couldn’t sit in the dentist chair I would shake because when I was younger I always had very bad experience with dentist so on my first visit she gave me a little bit of laughing gas to calm me now I just get in the chair and no more issues in my opinion there should be more star’s. I was so nervous to go back to the dentist after 10+ years. I read online that Dr. Shubber was caring and compassionate, which is why I chose to try her out. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. She is so warm and welcoming, and takes the time to get to know you first in the most genuine way. When it came to my cleaning, she was gentle and quick, not to mention extremely educational. I truly am looking forward to my next appointment.
My son and I have gone here about 10 years. I've always feared dentists but this was the first place I've ever gone to that worked with me and diminished that fear. The receptionists are all great, and they also work with you on payment plans and optimizing your yearly insurance benefits depending on your needs. Every dentist and hygienist I've seen have been personable and down to earth, and able to explain things in layman's terms. The owner (at least i assume he is) also asks how the visits were and if there's any suggested improvements to which I always say no because I've honestly never had a bad visit for my son or myself. Staff seem happy to be there, though ofc I can't speak for them but their demeanor is always pleasant. Don't love going to the dentist but I've never found a dentist I'm more fonder going to than this practice. Thanks to the staff for how great you all are!

I've been going to these vets for 25+ yrs since they opened their doors and will continue to go to them as long as I have pets. The drs and staff are very compassionate towards your animal and you!! The front staff always greet you and your pet and will work with you to get you in asap, if needed. Even when my daughter ran in with an emergency, they dropped what they were doing and took our cat right in, did surgery on his eye with a full waiting room!!! That was a horrible accident but they were so reassuring and patient with my daughter. Countryside Vets is awesome. Thank you everyone there. ?

I cannot recommend Mother's Embrace Yoga enough! This is a must for moms to be! The instructor, Linda is incredible. It is so organized. Each week of prenatal yoga is different and exciting, and it is the perfect easy pace for pregnancy. Not only does each class have perfect yoga, but it also focuses on a different relevant topic each week about pregnancy that we discuss as a group and I learn so much from! It is a community that is amazing to learn from as a mom to be.
Best hot yoga studio I’ve been to. It’s kept very clean, multiple showers are a plus, there are many different class offerings and times. My favorite class is hot vinyasa with Judy. The only change I would love to see is a 6am hot vinyasa class.

This masseuse knew what to do for my post surgical care, rehabilitation time and now while in recovery back at the gym. She knew scare tissue and muscular treatment techniques. I go almost weekly.
