Each week of prenatal yoga is different and exciting, and it is the perfect easy pace for pregnancy. Not only does each class have perfect yoga, but it also focuses on a different relevant topic each week about pregnancy that we discuss as a group and I learn so much from! It is a community that is amazing to learn from as a mom to be.“

“Best hot yoga studio I’ve been to. It’s kept very clean, multiple showers are a plus, there are many different class offerings and times. My favorite class is hot vinyasa with Judy. The only change I would love to see is a 6am hot vinyasa class.“
