I liked what I read about them on their corporate website and selected a dealer from their Find A Dealer link for my basement finishing project. Long story short, I ran in to issues with the dealer I selected after months of stops and starts on my project and I contacted their corporate office to express the issues I was experiencing. Mr. Mike McCarty contacted me and promised that the corporate office would make good on my project. My wife and I used a local partner of Total Basement Finishing to install a water-resistant basement in 2010. We've really enjoyed the quality of the product in the decade + since. However, along the way we installed mirrors in one of the rooms, and when we took them down, the vinyl finish on one of the panels was badly damaged. Our local (Ohio) installer had gone out of business, and looking for options for a repair, I opted to cold-call the Connecticut office to ask for help. To my amazement, they put me in touch with a high-level manager who helped propose and talk me through a fix, and then sent me the repair materials free of charge.
