Excellent. Kevin went through my home and corrected any problems that needed to be fixed to prepare before sale. Price was very reasonable. When I told the buyers inspector that I had extensive work done to prepare for the sale, he said he had noticed the work and commented in his report about the work and also assured the buyer the electrical was all correct and code compliant.
