Loraine is very nice to animals, handles my 19 year old gal well.Hard to get her on the phone or a call back.Doesnt like to use my own bought shampoo with oatmeal and blueberry. I dont even know if she uses shampoo. Says she has allergies and smells are bad for our dogs.

I’ve only been there once but I intend to use the service over and over. The owner returned my call right away, she explained what she was going to do and did it. She knew how to handle dogs as I was a little worried our dog might not cooperate. It all turned out perfectly with a great job and done in the time she gave me
