Anytime you need absolutely anything related to your well, please call Rob Rozz!!! I can't say enough about how great he and Tom were throughout this whole process. Rob was attentive, responsive, kind, thorough, and really goes above and beyond. We had our entire well feet numbers incorrect when we got him out, and he didn't even bat an eye to still do the job for us and work with us the best way he could after the job had taken a more difficult turn. Tom, who was there helping, was extremely intelligent in explaining everything to us as well and answering our numerous questions. Had 2 new toilets installed with a quick install date. Kyle did a great job. Had issue with 1 toilet running. Kyle stopped by next day a found a manufacturer sticker had lodged in the tower by the flap. Quick fix and no charge.
Rob Rozz plumbing gets a 2 thumbs up! They came by quickly and were very efficient. Chris, the technician, was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. I highly recommend their service.
