“The work I had done by Cool Breeze went right. My 1977 house with electric baseboard heat needed an upgrade! Cool Breeze came on time, spec'ed out a whole-house mini-split ac/heat system. They sent me a detailed written quote a day later. I checked into things and the price was very fair. I agreed to the job. They coordinated w/ my electrician, showed up two weeks later, stayed with me for three days til finished. They were masked and careful re Covid, and left the place clean like theyd never been there, except for my new system! After 6 weeks of zero-hassle excellent heat, I thought i should write. Troy did a great job of communicating, always showed up when he said he would, Cleaned up after himself, and fixed my unit when noone else could. Troy is a gentleman and a pleasure to work with. Troy explained every step of the job and provided me with hands on details throughout the process. I have now recommended him to various friends and family and will only be using him for all future repairs and maintenance on both my A/C and furnace needs in the future. “He was right on time when I contacted him for an appointment. My sister who owns this property was not able to handle some things. I stepped in and as her younger sister took care of some things around the "home" that needed to be taken care of. I called and made an appointment for him to come and drain all the water sources including the hot water tank, and the pipes from the well. He was on time, and he took care of everything. A very nice young man (I can say that as I am 81) and all went great. Sorry no photos - this old lady is lucky she knows how to use the internet sort of.“

“Came home from work to a cold house and heat not running. My mistake as I thought I was good when I checked the gauge about two weeks ago. Called for an emergency fill up since we have a toddler and pets. They were out in about an hour to fill up and also ensured the system was bleed and furnace up and running again. Very happy with the customer service. Reasonable service fee for the emergency after hours response and my own homeowner oversight.“

“This is the second time I called in to Curries. First time I needed a couple of things replaced and removed, and the guys who showed up, one plumber and his apprentice, were great. I recently moved into this house and they were very kind in answering some questions I had. I called again because my HVAC system wasn't cooling my house suddenly. The owner answered and said all of their technicians were booked for the day, but instead of leaving me hanging for the weekend he asked a few questions and realized that he had installed the HVAC in this home. He walked me through a few steps to get the system back up and running. He was very kind and determined to help, and it worked. He didn't charge for the help which would have totaled around $200. “I have been a customer for a very long time. I called this morning cause I was concerned I just had a deliver this morning and the tank read 0. My major anxiety freaked out get my butt out of the house and called right away. I did not smell any gas but freaked anyway. They called me right away and let me know my gauge is broken they did fill it and will be back Monday. To check thr gauge for me. Great job and Thank you“
