I have been in real estate as an agent and now a broker for over 14 years and Glen and Piper Home Inspections is my number #1 referral. Glen is the most professional, competent, hard working, thorough and reasonably priced inspection guy I know! I noticed the "Set Apart" negative review below. They don't make a 220amp service. They make 200 amp service and the guys name is NOT Mr Piper! Be careful of clueless people like this leaving negative reviews. There's nobody better than Glen! Glenn is knowledgeable and can relate his findings in understandable terms. Very thorough, and pleasant to deal with. Worth the money and comparably priced to others.Highly recommend!

Glen was extremely professional and detail oriented. I had the inspection information with detailed photos for each area of concern in less than 24 hours. I would absolutely use his services again.
