Staff is worse. they don't follow up, nor provide any updates. they took 6 months for my glasses. Don't even talk properly with their customers

I've been a customer of visual perceptions for years. I've had almost every pair of glasses I've owned from them. I've been pretty satisfied up until this point. I made an appointment and was 2minutes late and they turned me away and said that I would have to schedule another appointment. I understand the times were in but they should also be understanding of this as well. They told me they had another appointment right after and that their wouldnt be enough time to see me and they're would be to many people in the office. Half of the time I'm there I spend watching the doctors walk right by me for 20mins before they even see me.... read full review

Visual Perceptions..where do I begin...ok, first time here great, hubby wanted certain shades for driving & they had them..thought to myself, let me go get checked out myself...I want to say first off, Dr. MARTIN was exceptional, she explained everything, answered all my questions & went beyond... That's it, everything else not so good...preliminary tests, couldn't understand a thing gentleman said, mumbled though it all, not helpful with any ???s Ordering of glasses pretty simple right??!! Wrong...gave me a wait time of 7 days for glasses, no problem, imagine my surprise when they call in3 days to say my reading glasses are... read full review
