I have been getting a Keratin treatment for my naturally wavy and humidity challenged hair,for years ! With all the negative press regarding Keratin containing formaldehyde I decided to try something new. I had been reading about formaldehyde free Agave Keratin treatment. My hair dresser researched it but had to obtain the product in bulk. The only salon that does it is Steiner Salon in Rocky Hill. Michael the owner applied it. No toxic odor and it could be washed the next day(or sooner ) ! It is by far the BEST Keratin Treatment I have ever gotten . My hair stayed non frizzy and waveless the whole time in Mexico and beyond. I love what it did for my hair and will continue to get the treatment whenever I travel !!! Thank you to Michael who applied it and explained what I was to expect. So much easier and better than all the others i have tried. A great find. Joyce H.

I recently visited Steiner Salon for the first time after a brief phone consultation with the salon's owner, Michael, who was incredibly nice and accommodating. He was able to get me in for a perm touchup with Ana, who is a PERM MASTER!, that same evening. I was warmly welcomed by Michael and Ana when I arrived and was then given a full consultation by Ana. Ana explained everything about perms in detail, asked me all about what I wanted to achieve and gave me her honest opinion about what should be done. Ana instantly made me comfortable that she knew exactly what she was taking about. I KNEW she wanted to make sure I left Steiner Salon happy and with the look I wanted from the original salon I had gone to. Ana was very honest about what she thought should be done to achieve the look I wanted. She actually SAVED me money by recommending a partial perm touchup (which turned out absolutely phenomenal) and suggesting I come back in a few months so she could redo my entire head (and I will be back!). Ana is also skilled in organic hair color and I will be partaking in those services as soon as I can! Both Ana and Michael were simply awesome and I would highly recommend them and the salon to anyone looking for a reputable place to get beautified! Thank you!
