“My mom passed on 11/11/21 & Luddy Cremation Center answered my call immediately. They took care of her cremation and handed her to me the day before Thanksgiving. I was numb but theirs so much that anyone can do when your parent dies. Sometimes, workers become numb also because this is what they do for a living and sometimes we don’t receive the sympathy we would like..it’s not their fault, it’s just their job and our loss.
