He helped navigate the entire process as I wasn’t sure what needed to be done since it had been 16 years since the actual death. He helped make sure that the urn that was being used was suitable for a burial instead of being in a columbarium. Helped point me in the right direction to have military honors for the burial service (something we didn’t have done for the memorial service when he passed).
