“I called this shop after a lenscrafters shop really damaged my expensive pair of sunglasses, to inquire if anything could be done to fix them. The woman I spoke with at Harvey & Lewis was professional, polite and empathetic to my distress at having an expensive pair of sunglasses chipped and scratched by a mall lenscrafters shop. While these cannot be fixed, the employee at Harvey & Lewis was knowledgeable regarding how to avoid damaging frames when fixing them, in accordance with an old and trusted establishment. In the future, I will not be taking my expensive frames to any mall shop like lenscrafters for repairs, and will be relying on established shops such as Harvey & Lewis.“
