Had a small issue from when we moved into our current home with an outlet issue that I kept putting off until now. I found Dana’s name through recommendations and his company lived up to the expectations! Called Friday 2/2, texted a photo with a quick blurb about the issue. Dana called me back Friday evening and we planned for Saturday afternoon. Saturday he called me to make sure our time was good and was over promptly. He went through his steps and then quickly and efficiently swapped the bad outlet, fixing some interesting handiwork. Now that outlet is secure. My experience with Dana and his crew was nothing short of excellent. They worked hard and long to get everything absolutely right, even though the job changed at various times from what was originally envisioned. They are very conscientious, pleasurable to work with, and they charge a fair price for really fine work. I highly recommend them.
