After doing crossfit for 10 years I needed to do something a little easier on my body. Mark spent 2 hours assessing my weakness and body movement patterns and came up with a specific exercise program for my goals and also weaknesses. I am coached in my group sessions by Jim but I have to say, both Mark and Loic are also on the floor and correct my form regularly. I am stronger and I hurt free and it's only been 1 month!

Four years ago, I retired and my gym closed within a few months. I was looking for some structure as I knew working out was beneficial to my overall health, but I had been lacking the motivation to do so. I spent most of my workouts on cardiovascular training, ignoring the weight training. My weight constantly fluctuated, my strength as I got older was poor and my endurance was almost nonexistent. I responded to a 6-week trial at Train 2 Xcel, hoping this might be the answer I was looking for, it was!The trainers were there to guide you.
