Front desk has Liz who is always eager to take care of you and answer any question you might have.
Rosa is the very competent office manager who is always ready to offer the help needed with any of your issues that those at the front desk, might not be capable of handling all on their own.
Once inside one of the treatment rooms all the staff there, like Annie, Marta and Maritza take very good care of you before Dr Glraldo (great Dr!) comes in to competently, quickly and painlessly (as possible) perform whatever simple or complicated procedure needed to fix your dental problem.

“I’m a very nervous person when it comes to dental work. Dr. Roberts and her staff are very welcoming and understand that their patients can be nervous at times. The whole experience for me was very calming. They prescribed some medication to calm me down, the lights were dimmed for a more calming environment, she asked what music I liked and played it on the radio, and handed me some earplugs. Dr Roberts has the special touch when it comes to giving Novacaine. Didn’t feel a thing! Overall 10 outta 10 experience! Definitely gonna keep going to Trinity dental, I highly recommend if you’re nervous they take very good care of you!“

“Putnam Dental Associates on Rte 6 is a friendly and warm dental office. You're greeted by office staff upon arrival, who take the time to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Everything is explained about cost and insurance that is accepted by the facility. Dr Ern and his assistant Patricia are two of the kindest people to meet. Dr Ern explains everything in detail and recommendations are suggested. I am not a dentist fan but Dr Ern takes the time to explain options; if one is a coward. I definitely recommend this facility because the workers work together to make you feel relaxed and worry free.“
