This studio is a beautiful, peaceful place and I have always found the instructors to be skilled, patient and compassionate (which is important for a beginner like me). Basil in particular is the real deal; he seems to know exactly what his students need and integrates some philosophy into his classes… both my body and mind say thank you!

Today I took my first yoga class at Basil. It had been nearly 2 years since I had done any class and it was just what I needed. I took a level 2 and felt challenged but not intimidated. Though it's a solid workout, I appreciated the more spiritual nature of this class compared to a sort of power or aerobic yoga.
