Absolutely wonderful business to work with. When I moved to Wilton 6 years ago, I called this company to do a cleaning/inspection. They told me my chimney was fine and it did not need to be cleaned. Wow! That never happens. We burn a lot of wood through the winter (almost every night throughout the middle of winter) and have the chimneys cleaned every other year. August West Chimney Sweeps arrives right on time, they clean up neatly after themselves, and the prices are very reasonable. Last summer, we thought we had bats in our chimney. I was in a panic. August West came out same day to the rescue (to tell me it was Chimney Swifts - birds - not bats - phew). I appreciated their last-minute house call, because I would never have been able to sleep peacefully thinking there were bats in the house. This is a great, reliable, honest business. The best!
