“I have been a patient of Dr. Allard’s for about a year now, and I refuse to see someone else. The first appointment I had with him, he took the time to understand and know my health background and physical traumas to ensure the best route of chiropractic care. He has taught me exercises to do at home, focuses on my trigger points in my neck to help decrease my migraines, and is always consistent when adjusting my back and neck. Before moving to Norwich, I was going to someone in a different town and honestly, I did not do my research; the previous chiro I had would not adjust my neck and I was in constant pain. “I had an amazing experience at Tranquil Balance. My therapist Michelle Abosso performed a deep tissue massage. Her training and education was obvious. She truly did not miss a single muscle area from head to toe. Moreover, I asked for a deep tissue massage and she went DEEP. She especially did some amazing work on my right shoulder, which I requested. Moreover, apart from working on my requested area, she also did wonders in tensed areas that I did not even know needed some work. You know a massage therapist knows her/his stuff when a therapist massages an area you didn’t even think needed to be massaged out until he or she does that magic. This place truly is amazing.
