I had a good experience in the past but I felt that the technician was rude and shaming today at my visit and the doctor seemed to support her shaming of me- they wanted to make me feel that I was neglecting my dog. She had a skin issue that was making her gnaw at her fur and it got very matted within literally three days and with infected sores. The doctor pointed out that I couldn't prove that the matting didn't come first- insinuating that it was because she is due for a grooming.... which is why we are here in the first place to be seen to make a grooming appointment.....they basically didn't believe me that she had been experiencing a skin irritation... read full review
I was so disappointed with my last visit to get my dog groomed. they gave my dog vaccines without my permission and knowledge. my dogs onl go there for grooming and have a different vet. If I didn't have to get sedated, I would definitely go somewhere else
The doctor and the staff are Wonderful! I got my kitty in for an appointment in a couple of days.They sent for her records immediately to assess the issue and we are moving forward quickly. They are very knowledgeable and compassionate which is so important. If you love your fur babies, this is the hospital for you.
