We chose Copeland after interviewing three builders. The first interactions with the Copeland team were all positive. The company offered the most flexibility in design, pricing, and materials of all prospective builders, so we chose them.
The planning phase was easy to follow with written descriptions and a meeting to discuss each build component (foundation, roof, electrical, heating etc.) If we changed from original plans along the way, change orders were discussed in advance and the price was always upfront and clear before implementing.
The team who built the home was incredible. I can't say enough about the patience, kindness, and professionalism of each team member. Sean, Mike, Chris, Matt and especially Marie, who made sure the team was meeting our requests. Anytime I had a minor concern, Sean, the owner, was right there to address, and redirect as needed. We had absolutely NO STRESS other than choosing colors, appliances, flooring and all the usual that falls on the homeowner to decide.
Everyone told us before we built that it was going to be a very trying time building a house. SO NOT TRUE with Copeland. Their experience allowed us to relax, and they solved any issues that arose. They were partners in the build and were there after the build to ensure we were up and running months after we moved in.
We are so happy in our home and receive compliments frequently from those who visit. The best decision we ever made besides moving back up from NC was to choose Copeland Builders.
Needed flooring for our basement, so I went to Northeast flooring to explore options. Chris came to take a look at the space, measured and gave us options about what would work best for us. We took some time to decide, but when we came back with out decision, Chris had all of our information and was ready to go. We were able to get installation done pretty quickly after that and we are very happy with the results! Chris and the whole team at Northeast Flooring was so helpful throughout the process. Will definitely be using them again for another home project!

Lynn is an excellent hairdresser, with a great personality!!! Salon is pristine and welcoming, as is owner. I always get a perm from Lynn, and she does the BEST job...as my hair can be most difficult to work on...glassy texture, hard to curl. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Dr Burns is amazing! She took care of my injury last year and even came into the clinic on her day off to help me out when I was in severe pain. Hands down the best barbershop around. The atmosphere is very chill laid back type vibe, the barbers are really cool, cool to talk to and when you have been going long enough they're definitely still cool even on a personal level. I go and get my beard groomed here and I've walked in rough and left a diamond. These guys can do anything style you want, they'll ask if you explain a specific way you want it they will without fail cut it to the exact detail. Been going here since 2021 and have never walked out dissatisfied. And for their professionalism and the amount of time they put into each clients cut is worth every penny. Theyre also good with kid clients to! Best shop I've ever been to.

Cannot say enough about my experience working with Bob at Red Spider Tattoo. I reached out to Bob and had an appointment scheduled within an hour of speaking. He walked me through everything, was up front with cost estimate, and gave great customer service and communication. This was my first piece, and Bob was amazing through out, explaining everything from the steps he would take, going over the design, aftercare, and even nailed everything I should expect to feel being that it was my first tattoo. He made the whole process a great experience and the piece came out perfect. I will be back to get more work done and would highly recommend Red Spider Tattoo to anyone looking for their first piece or to get new work done!

This was my transition to a new vet after moving down here a couple years ago. It’s been hard finding one on the level that Animal Hospital of Putnam conducts themselves. Nevermind this new visit was a doozy of a first visit. We discovered my girl had cancer. However, they were quick, informative, and had her scheduled for surgery for the following week. The communication is out of this world, the staff have been beyond sweet and caring, and extremely prompt with responses. Their want to do right by their clients and furry patients is clear. I couldn’t recommend them enough! Bringing my other dogs in for their wellness checks soon! We found our vet here finally. ?
A co worker recommended me the nail salon and I gave the chance, because is so hard to find a good nail salon around were a live. First, they surprised me, because I made my appointment on WhatsApp and Amy responded in seconds and found me a space for the same day. Is a very helpful person and always respond my questions at the moment. When I went to the salon was looked busy and I waited around 15min that’s the reason you need to make your appointment on time, but Lee did a great job with my nails at the point two weeks after my nails look strong and nice, the only sad thing… that day I didn’t have any cash with me and they don’t have the card credit tip option. They accept Venmo and cash. Next time I will try pedicure service. I will recommend this place to someone like’s a kind client service and clean place.
If you want a true barber experience and a good cut, this is the place. I like my hair cut the way I like it, not the way some barber likes it. I explained to Nicole what I wanted and she have that to me. She has earned my business! Try this place for your next haircut, I think you will be satisfied.
