We’ve had several IT support companies over the years and are very pleased to have connected with Mike and Jared Begin and their staff. They are responsive and when there’s an emergency, someone calls back immediately. In the constantly changing world of IT, it’s comforting to have a company who keeps up with the latest innovations and threats.
We've had several IT support companies for our office over the years and are very pleased to have connected with Mike and Jared Begin and their staff. These people were great. My HP laptop "froze up" and I brought it to Millennium for diagnostics and repair. They spent approximately 2 hours doing diagnostics and repeated attempts to resolve the problem, or at a minimum, retrieve my data, but my laptop had a problem due to an electrical surge issue and could not easily be repaired. They went out of their way to explain the problem and did not charge me anything for all their work. They even wrote a description of their findings for me so i could send it to my credit card company (HP warranty expired) for a refund of my purchase price. I would highly recommend Millennium for any computer services.
