We used Kris to inspect and clean our wood stove. He was able to come out within a week, punctual, clean, courteous and reasonably priced. We will use him for our annual cleaning and check up.

An honest and reliable contractor is hard to find, but not if you use this chimney service. The owner came out for an inspection and quickly assessed that my flue was in very good shape and that there was no need to waste money on a full video inspection. The exterior chimney itself was in good shape and he only recommended that we install a chimney cap. A few weeks later he installed the cap and we are very happy with that peace of mind. I appreciate the fact that he could have completed the inspection and charged me, but felt that it was the not the right thing to do.
