“One A/C zone failed, midsummer, ahead of visit in 2 weeks from 8 relatives. Duncklee got a repair person to us in 2 days, only to find that the unit needed to be replaced. Technician measured spaces, found only limited options, and it looked like no time for a replacement.
As longtime customers of Duncklee (split system in prior home - very pleased), even we were surprised by how well this is being handled. Needed replacement was ordered ahead of my signing contract, paying deposit, and was expedited in order to get the equipment in time, rescuing us from having four little kids and their parents exposed to extremely hot summer weather/humidity.
The project was completed in two days and went perfectly. (They anticipated this, so started four days before our family's arrival). An earlier technician, TC, had speced well, helping the company find a system that fit into a very tight space. The installation team, headed by Justin, was remarkably respectful of our home and two resident cats who sought to be "helpful", but weren't. They checked to make sure everything worked and was clean before leaving, even adding that if anything does go awry, don't hesitate to call. Whole team was pleasant as well.

“This is the second time I called in to Curries. First time I needed a couple of things replaced and removed, and the guys who showed up, one plumber and his apprentice, were great. I recently moved into this house and they were very kind in answering some questions I had. I called again because my HVAC system wasn't cooling my house suddenly. The owner answered and said all of their technicians were booked for the day, but instead of leaving me hanging for the weekend he asked a few questions and realized that he had installed the HVAC in this home. He walked me through a few steps to get the system back up and running. He was very kind and determined to help, and it worked. He didn't charge for the help which would have totaled around $200. We had no hot water for two weeks due to a storm, so the fact that they were able to come out the next day and get the job done quickly was incredible. Called for an emergency fill up since we have a toddler and pets. They were out in about an hour to fill up and also ensured the system was bleed and furnace up and running again.
