I had such an incredible experience at Middlesex Health Family Medicine, from the receptionist to the two doctors who saw my baby. They were all kind, attentive, and compassionate. They answered my questions and were so sweet with baby. The office and patient rooms are bright and clean. I am so happy I switched to this practice!

Had a very helpful and professional appointment with Dr.Rufo.I was on medication for several years after some traumatic injuries. I involuntarily was taken off them due to my prescribing dr leaving his practice. I had been running in circles with 3 separate doctor's trying to get back on this medication. I was told to try more natural solutions, each doctor telling me they couldn't help.I came into this appointment skeptical of being heard. Dr.Rufo patiently listened to all of my concerns and was honest about a treatment plan moving forward. He's a great doctor and I plan to make this my regular doctor's office

I have been going to Portland Family my entire life. Even after moving to Hartford I still come back to Portland for all my doctors appointments. And I'll continue to do so as long as I live within an hour drive of the office!
Everyone there is amazing and incredibly friendly and go the extra mile to help with everything you need.
