From start to finish, I have to say I was Very impressed. After receiving a quote between 13 and $16,000 from another company, I decided And do a little more research .When I called Duffords, Uva Always responded and was quick to get back to any messages I had left. The communication was fantastic. They came in cheaper than the other company, saving us so much. They were ok with us digging our own trenches to help keep cost down as well . We were without water for three weeks on our farm - we also have small children and desperately needed water back . I myself own a plumbing, septic and drain clog busting company and once in a while I'll get a need to pull a submersible pump but being older now and not in the best physical shape due to a car accident years ago I need to rely on a company to help me with a job like this because the pump was 250 feet down in the hole/in the well. These guys are pros and they know what they're doing and they got the equipment to get it done correctly and efficiently the first time! I could not be any happier with these guys and you should not hesitate calling them if you need water pump or well drilling service! Left a message on their phone last night saying that my well went dry and needed help. Dufford called me back next morning and delivered a 1,000 gallon tank of water by noon. Josh, son of the owner did the delivery. Gave me options on what I could do to fix my well problems. No high pressure sales pitch just good advice. Left messages with another company days ago and they never got back to me.
