“I moved here recently and needed a new dentist. I went to a different practice nearby and they recommended a treatment with lots of fillings, which was alarming as I’ve never needed that before. Each time I came in, they kept pushing the treatment plan and so I decided to get a second opinion with Dr. Lupien. Dr. Lupien was extremely thorough, taking half an hour just to look over previous X-rays, look in my mouth, provide analysis, and answer questions. He was kind, down to earth, and reassuring and was extremely professional, staying neutral and saying the other practice was opting for a more aggressive plan, but that there was no “right” answer. He advised a more conservative plan where based on time and future x-rays, one could see if surface stains grow into cavities requiring fillings. I appreciated his time and care when I wasn’t even his patient! The office is also clean and welcoming; Marie at the front desk is kind and funny. I also appreciated how this feels like a professional dental office that is secure in what it does — I don’t see ads asking for a review in order to win any dental gear which I did at the other place. All in all, this place made me feel confident and cared for and I made the switch.“
