I had made a comment on a post a few days ago. The comment was when I was a resident there 6 years ago. I'm not going to go into details now, but I really want to publicly apologize for that comment. A lot of changes have been made since then and some of those people don't even work there anymore. They have hired a lot if new people. I have heard that it is a 5 star facility now. And they are and did a great job of keeping the residents save during the Covid-19 pandemic. I would say give them a chance. See what they can do for your loved ones.
First and foremost we are virus free. The staff took great care of my mom who wasn't the easiest person to care for. Generous people with care and love for the residents. Place is clean and comfortable for everyone. I see the staff go above and beyond to care for all even the difficult residents. I will never be able to thank you all enough.
