The specialist, Pat, came to our house early and was so nice and understanding about the mess our house was in after the move. He quickly diagnosed the problem and while he was not able to fix the problem as it was an electrical issue, he gave me some references for electricians. “We had a leaky pipe that I tried to fix. Kyle was our plumber. He showed up earlier than I expected. He was done in about 15-20 minutes.
So, in summary, I called less than 12 hours ago for a leaky pipe. I was booked and the pipe was replaced on a weekend. The price was more than reasonable, especially on a weekend rate.

Another company I reached out to never got back to me when I asked further questions about our setup even after they had done our recent AC work. Needless to say we will be sticking with Shaffer Beacon from here on our!We found out our unit was hooked up all wrong and Shaffer Beacon came within days to fix our situation. “I give this company 5 stars. I was in a real jam. My kitchen sink had failed, my garbage disposal was leaking, and I had no hot water to run my dishwasher. I called JMB and got Katie on the phone. I explained the situation and she had a service technician-Justin who was on the road out to my house within 20 minutes.
