“Chris was very quick to respond to my leaking water heater. It was sinking into the floor and subfloor which he had to replace and within a few days I had a brand new heater. I found his price reasonable and fair. I requested a new updated invoice with his 1year warranty but have yet to receive it. Hopefully another phone call will produce it. Also thanks to Miranda Chris's daughter who assisted her dad.“

“We had a waterline burst in an upstairs bathroom that left significant damage to not only the upper level of our home, but the kitchen and family room on the main level, then down to our finished basement. Our insurance company suggested we contact Total Water Restoration to put our home back together. I am so glad they did. I contacted Total Water and received a call back from Anthony within minutes. An appointment was set up for few days later with Joey DiNoia and Frank. They assessed the situation and immediately put together a game plan and timeline for the project. Their professionalism and concern for our situation put a lot of our anxiety to rest.
Once work began, Joey had many constructive suggestions on how to improve our home upon rebuild. He even supplied engineered and conceptual drawings for our kitchen so we knew exactly what we were getting. The process was further made easier with suggestions where to shop for tile, flooring, countertops and other building materials.
Frank was onsite from start to finish and did a tremendous job! Not only was his work exceptional , but he and Joey did a great job from a communication standpoint, keeping us updated throughout the project.
A flooded home quite a stressful event, kudos to Total Water for making the process go smoothly, great communication along the way, and giving us the feeling that we are moving into a new home.

“If and when you ever need a plumber please use Ralph Warner. I had a plumbing problem that was never fixed correctly by someone else, so this morning on the recommendation of a friend I called Ralph Warner. Very shortly he got back to me and said he would be out to my house after lunch. He was here at 12:30. He assessed the problem, said I needed two parts, went to get the parts needed, and within no time he was back again to fix it. He did a great job and fixed it correctly. Very very nice Gentleman, with MUCH experience. I will definitely use him again. Hope you do too.“

“I cant say enough good about sheehy plumbing....I had a serious problem with my toilet where the bolts were snapped off that hold the toilet to the floor and the whole toilet moved....called and within hours Larry was out after he did a service call he was on ....he did the job in less then an hour... the big thing I can say about Sheehy plumbing that puts them ON TOP of the rest of ALL the plumbers in CT ....IS....they answer their phone when you call and you don't get an answering machine or just a no call.....and they return calls....when you call after hours..and have to use an answering machine...they even have an emergency number and Mike the owner picks up right away....I've called other plumbers and NONE answered me back...even when I called the plumber that originally put my toilet in.....he said he was to busy....nice huh...won't be doing business with that MIDDLEFIELD plumber again OH...and the price was very reasonable....no complaints....Larry is the service guy...ask for him....hes been in the business for years and knowledgeable ......Mike is the owner and very respectable guy.....Thank you Sheehy Plumbing“

“Zeke’s Pump Service is outstanding and an exceptional company. Look no further! Our water pump motor stopped working on the weekend. I had called another company, not knowing about Zeke’s yet. That company came out the next morning and proceeded to present us with an outrageous estimate to convert our system and told us that we would be without water for two more days. They also charged us for the emergency call and the evaluation. The next evening, two of my friends told me that they had worked with Zeke’s Pump Service, and they were extremely happy. So, I called the emergency number late on a Sunday evening. Not only did they answer, but it was the owner Craig who took my call. I explained what happened and what the previous company quoted. “First off, I have to state the owner is super responsive. I had a situation where over the winter my pipes burst and I honestly didn't know who to turn to in crunch time, so I just gave it a shot and gave a call. To my surprise he was able to come out the same day and was able to complete the job. The came back to fix something else that I couldn't do myself. And on top of that I had another leak in which AGAIN he was able to come out the same day and fix it. Highly recommend him and his partner.“
