“We went to their office and the service desk was very professional and cordial and arranged a date for tech to come out and measure a fogged center fixed picture window in a bay with double hungs on either side.
The techs came out (on time) a week later and verified measurements in 2 minutes, the office called next day and gave us the steps and timeline.
Techs came out (on time) and removed the old and installed the new in 1 hour with great skill. I’ve done a lot of home repair and know when excellent work is being performed.

She picked the style, and is no fool about tech specs having been on many Habitat for Humanity builds. I was at work. During this time of pandemic and supply shortages, Paul, none the less got the two doors in considerably less time than expected, and one of his men installed them while we were away. Paul came back a couple days later to have a look, and did a little tweaking himself. Great work, great product, reasonable price.“
