I would not recommend this company after they broke my gate with the hose and are refusing to assist with the repairs. They also spilled oil all around my boiler and left it. I had to call them up to send a technician back out to do a very half hearted effort of putting some power down to absorb the oil.

Brutal! I used this company for years, and switched to local competitor once I realized their fuel prices are among highest in the state, and by a considerable margin. I reached out on the company's website regarding this, was ignored, despite 20 year loyalty and tanks in two area homes.Their auto-fill program was a dismal failure, as their flawed "degree-day" calculations caused me to lose heat 2x due to empty tank. Thankfully, I was spared any pipes bursting. I needed emergency repairs many times and they were always prompt, especially after hours. Problem was, the "issue" was never really addressed, a component (zone valve, powerhead, nozzle/filter)... read full review
