We contacted JP Pools in mid April with an inquiry about above ground pool installation. They called my husband and gave us instructions on sending pictures via email of our yard, where we wanted the pool and if there were any obstacles, trouble spots. We emailed the pics to them, within one week we received an email quote-Very Reasonable! We sent our deposit and signed contract. The gave us a timeline of mid to end of May for installation. They called approximately one week before installation and said they would call a day or two before the installation date. They did just that. They came when they said. They did a great job putting my pool up. Communication was a bit wonky between different employees who organized the payment and install but other than that it was a great experience. Would recommend them to anyone looking to put up a pool.
