Amazing! I ordered a jacket from Amazon for my 6 year old daughter. The description said “zipper pockets”. When we received the jacket it did not have zipper pockets and at 6 apparently that’s a big deal! I called a few places they told me it couldn’t be done! Then I called this place! Very friendly woman helped me! She came and picked up the item and even dropped it back off to me at no charge! She added zippers to the jacket and made my little girl so happy! And she did it at a very very reasonable price! I would totally use them again! Great work!Service: Alterations

Great business with exceptional work and customer service. I reached out to H&K for alterations needed on my daughter's first holy communion dress. It was a Wednesday and I needed the dress altered in time for Sunday. We decided to drive to the location in Plainville only to find that it was vacant. Since there was no information online stating that the business was permanently closed, I called the number. Kjanda answered and was very friendly and explained that they are no longer at that specified location but do house calls. She will come to your home, map out the alterations, and then drop off the dress once complete. Very accommodating. Kjanda was in constant communication...read full review
