Flex is definitely more of your "bodybuilder" style of gym and there's nothing wrong with that. Don't be intimidated about coming in as the other members are welcoming, kind, and are often helping one another. They're doing a great job and I'm excited to see where they take this 30+ year gym over the coming years.“
